Leiite - The Tree Of Life

This term, we are learning about the Tree of Life. So far, I know that the Tree of Life is like the Tree of Family. It shows you who is the oldest Animal/Bug and the recent of them all. It shows you all the Plants, Tree, Bugs, Animals, even a Human Homo!. There’s a side for Plants, a side for Animals, Bugs, and even Birds. We got pictures of Animals, Plants and more, We had to fill up the gaps in the picture.

What is Guitar turntable? It is an easy way to read music or Guitar.

How many strings on a standard acoustic guitar ? Six strings.

Name the strings from lowest pitch to highest pitch. E, A, D, G, B, and E.

What do the six lines of guitar tab represent ? The number shows on which fret you should place your finger. So, if there is a '1' on the top line of the tab.

What do the numbers represent ? The number represents which fret you 

should play for that string. If the number is zero, it indicates an open string.

which is a string played without being fretted.

What is a riff ? A riff is a short repeated phrase in the guitar.

What is a Scientist?

Today we did what we did yesterday but with a different word. The new word today was, "Scientist" I wrote down what I thought a Scientist was, then watched two different videos to see what it really meant. 13 of the boxes are the things I thought what it meant and what I got from the videos.

My Prior Knowledge Of Persuasive Writing

This week for Writing we had to learn what the word, "Persuasive" means. The photo her shows the things I thought what it meant. As a class we watched a video about it, and then go off and wrote what it meant in our own words. It means to take charge of something, make a change in something, or to make someone believe what you believe. You can make a poster about something or a speech.

Leiite - A Broken Friendship

I still remember the day we met, I remember it all like it was yesterday. It all started back when we were year-ones when you saw me in the corner eating my lunch by myself and you decided to come and eat with me. You came and sat down I said, "Hey" with a frown on my face you asked me if I was okay and if I wanted to play tag with you on the playground I shook my head, you stood up and left me I felt sad and scared it was my first day of school I had no friends didn't know anyone from this school and also I didn't even know where the playground was. The bell went I quickly ate my sandwich and left, I went off walking around in a circle waiting for you to come back and ask me the same question it was boring it felt like you left to the other side of the World. I was waiting it felt like years for the bell to ring again, I needed a drink so I went for a drink as soon as I got there you were on the other side playing Basketball I was smiling but you ignored me like I was a ghost, you looked away I thought I have done something wrong, I went for my drink as soon as I drank the water it splashed into myself I got up frustrated at the tap I kicked it and fell I had nothing else to do but to watch you, you were looking at me like I was a clown and I just put a show on for you, you were laughing at me so I laughed so we could laugh together you were waving your hand was telling me to come as I got up ready to get to you another Boy flew past me and you hugged you I thought you were looking at me, you went and shot the ball it rolled to me you smiled and said, "Pass me the ball please" I passed it to you thinking you were going to help me off the floor, you got the ball and started playing again I felt like I was getting played, getting roled by a little girl. I got up and acted as nothing happened I thought to myself, "I am such a fool, why do I think people want to play with me, why do I even try" a tear dropped to my feet, I went to go sit down waiting for the bell to ring and I would never forget about this day. Two years have passed by ever since that sad first day for me happen I never forgot about it and never would, It is always on my mind, for the past two Months you have never came to school I thought you were my friend, I thought we were close you told everyone you were leaving for two Months but never told me  you hugged everyone but didn't look at me once I thought I was just thin air at that point and decided to trust nobody but myself it was going to be hard but I thought I could get strong at that point. Another Week passed and I see you walking into school everyone rushes to you to hug you and say, "Hi" I sat there because of you, you were the one that made me like this, you were the one that made me think I was a ghost, I wanted to tell everyone but I couldn't I set a rule for myself, "Number one rule: trust nobody" but I didn't want to put it all onto you and blame you that this is why I am like this, besides I like it prefer my life like this it was easy, nicer, humbler, most of all I got smarter. I was a year Three reading at the age year of year Four. My Math is the year age of year Three-and-an-half and my Writing was at the year age level of year Four-and-an-half. Five years passed and everyone knows me as the humblest, smartest, nicest, and the chill person there is in Point England, I got out of my shadow and tried to talk to you last year but you never talked so I gave up once again but once everyone noticed me it was your turn to talk to me as you tried I gave you a third chance to talk and you did you were one of the coolest friends I had and my only friend I had. You keep asking if I was okay if I was doing good in class if I wanted to talk about something, but once everyone thought we were a, "Thing" you started to fade away I was real sad when you did you stopped caring about me you stopped hugging me and you stopped talking to me. I thought it was the end of us. One year later it was time to leave. While the whole school sat in the wall waiting for the 3:00pm bell to ring so we all can get ready for 2020 get ready for High School. I was thinking if you were going to come and say, "Goodbye" to me as the bell went and everyone screamed, "Happy Hoildays" I was watching you hug all your teachers and friends you saw me, walked up to me and looked away. I was devastate and thought this was a real, "Broken Friendship".

Leiite - What to do

Friday the 5th of July was the last day of school for terms two. There for it is the holidays, two whole weeks of resting and getting ready for term three. Through out this holiday I am going to read books, do my Math Whizz, and write story's based on a picture to help me with my learn. I am going to do this to get smarter for next term and not to forget about what I have learnt in term two thanks for reading hope to see more of my blog posts!.

Leiite - North America

Have you ever took the time to look at photos of the world and it’s beautiful places?. But have you ever took the time to read information about the places and what’s so cool and amazing about it? Instead of just looking at the images. One of the places I want to visit is North America. It has a lot of countries and cities to visit well your there. Did you know America is one of the popular places in the whole world. North America is on the North, West side of New Zealand. North America is also known as Canada, North America has Los Angeles, New York, Mexico, and Alaska. There are a lot of places to visit as I told you almost every single city and country but the one place I really really want to visit is Los Angeles. One of the things I want to do when I’m there is to jump off the tallest tower in Los Angeles which is called Wilshire Grand tower it is 1,100 feet tall and the Latitude and Longitude is 54.52 North and 105,25 West. The next Place I would love to visit is New York. New York is one of the most popular places in the whole world it’s in movies a whole lot of movies. Believe it or not but New York city has about one hundred stores, like almost 8.623 million people live in New York city, that’s a lot of houses and hotels, there are almost 1.657 million people living in Auckland, that’s a lot for a small city. New York has about 8 times our people. The Latitude and Longitude for New York is 40.71 North and 74.00 West. Las Vegas is a small but beautiful city. Las Vegas is one of the colorful cities ever to be made. It’s like another world of disneyland just without rides. Las Vegas is a small but big city unlike the other city we looked at this small city only has about 641,676 people living in it. Grand Canyon National Park is one of the most beautiful places I ever seen, it looks like you could film the next Marvel movie there it reminds me off Thor's hammer. It’s such a beautiful place it has rocks and water, just like a desert just with water, but over 5 million people visit the Grand Canyon National Park every year if you see images of Grand Canyon National Park you would understand why that much go to see rocks and water. The view from there is amazing and so is the sun sets.

This year for Matariki I was in Sports. There was four different choices to pick, Arts and Craft, Cooking, Movie Making, and Sports. You got to pick four of them from one to four, one meaning you really want to be in this one and four means you wouldn't like to be in this one. In my order I did 1, Sports 2, Cooking, 3, Movie Making, 4, Arts and Craft. Sports was my number one choice cause I love to play games and ran around, my second choice was to Cook cause I like to cook and eat, my third choice was to Movie Make cause it looks fun to make, my fourth choice was Arts and Craft cause I like to draw and make things with hand. the story of Matariki is about seven sister stars who was always flying around going planet to planet moving around a lot the parents didn't like what the other people were saying about them so The Father decided to make them a determine the coming season's crop and told the older Sister to call out the rest once they came they got there economise and did what they were told to do. It's bad luck if you can't see the seven stars but is good if you can see them.

In 1964 the 25th of July Billy and Jimmy went missing for three hours without anytrans.
Billy and Jimmy were best-friends Jimmy and Billy really wanted to sleep over, on the 25th of July Billy went home to ask his Mother and Father if he can sleep over Jimmy’s house. Jimmy’s parents were fine with it as long as they keep things nice and clean. Jimmy was African American, and Billy Samaon, Tongan, New Zealand. Jimmy was showing Billy where he was from in Africa and where they are in America, Billy was showing where Samoa is and teaching him how to speak the language, Billy taught him how to say, “Hello, bye, how are you?, and good thank you”. After all that Billy showed him where Tonga was and how far it is from New Zealand Billy rubbed the Globe and then it started to flash, it got brighter and brighter Billy though it at Jimmy, Jimmy though it back to Billy. Billy was freaking out and he didn’t know what to do, Jimmy called out for his Mother but she was asleep. Then the Globe started to get darker until I thought it was getting back to normal it glowed as fast as the wind it burned my fingers I dropped it on the floor it stopped growing so I Jimmy picked it up then all of a sudden it teleported us to Tonga I thought I was dreaming so I slapped myself in the face which really hurt my beautiful face. Jimmy pinched himself in the arm, I thought if it teleported me here then I must find a Globe rub on America and make my way home or I could just stay here wait till Jimmy’s parents report us, “Missing” I could turn myself in and take a plane back home I asked Jimmy he said, “We should find a Globe” I wanted to enjoy my time here at Tonga so I did I said he could do whatever he wanted, I'm gonna go and see my cousins, go to the beach with them, cook with them, and eat a whole lot of food. So I did that well Jimmy wanted to be boring and find a way back home I could tell it was Tonga because of the tree’s the beach, and the sky, Nah I’m just playing I was teleported into a Tongan Supermarket I could hear people speaking in Tongan to other people. I was looking around wasn’t really hungry because I already had Pizza for dinner at Jimmy’s house until I saw some Pig I was dying for it. I ran, looked just stared at it well Jimmy wanted to be the same old boring Jimmy and find a Globe to go back home, I quickly took a bite from the Pig and ran off to Jimmy, Jimmy was on his way to the Two Dollar story trying to find a Globe to head back home. At the Two Dollar store Jimmy and I found a World Globe, it was the only one Jimmy grabbed it and so did another Man.
The Man said to Jimmy, “Let go of the Globe son”
Jimmy said, “I’m sorry but we need this Globe to get home”
“Oh stop being so foolish and hand it over”
I stopped the Man and said, “There’s only one way to handle this… one v one playground right now easy clap!!”
“What is this playground?”
“It’s a game it’s called Fortnite”
“No no no we can not play games we must battle it out basketball”
“Let’s go then!” Jimmy said to the Man. They put the Globe back on the shelf and walked out, well we were walking I asked Jimmy, “Where are we even going to get the Money for the Globe?”
“It’s only One Dollar and 50 Cents we can just find it”
“You don’t find Money you earn it”
Jimmy just walk off and one v one the Man. “First to five” said the Man I thought Jimmy was gonna lose Jimmy was a short boy the Man was huge I thought I should of did it so I pushed Jimmy away softly and gotted ready for the one v one. The Man had Jordans I had Jandles this wasn’t near fair but I did try my best, we shot for the ball he shot lucky was missed I shot and got lucky I got it in, Jimmy was just on the sideline watching I got the ball and tried to run it without him in my way I went for a two shot and got it, we did it again I went for another two pointer but he blocked me, got the ball, shot a Three pointer and got it in sadly. I gave him the ball again and he said, “If I get any other shot in I win either way” I took a deep breath in, I nodded my head, he ran with the ball and got a Two pointer in, Jimmy was devastated, I dropped a little tear, we shook hands and said, “Good game, good game” all Three of us went back into the Two Dollar store and the Globe was gone I was too tired to say something Jimmy and the Man was devastated, it didn’t really matter to me. The owner of the store said, “I was watching you two play Basketball out there it was a good game two - five not bad for a little boy. Anyways what are you Three in here for?” I asked him, “Well we were playing for the World Globe but the last one was gone” The owner just laughed and walked into a door that said, “Staff only” he came back out a few seconds later and handed me and the Man a World Globe, “On the house” he said Jimmy quickly snatched it off me and held my hand, rubbed the Globe where America was and we were at home in no time, Jimmy’s Mother came running up stairs cause we were laughing to hard she ran upstairs in shocked saying, “Where have you two been for the past *Checks her watch* 3 hours!?”
